Before and After - Clapham, SW London
We completed full damp proofing and repair work to a property in Clapham, and the before and after photos evidence the transformation we executed to change a damp, water-damaged area to a clean, dry and refreshed living area.
Dry Rot Treatment and Floor Replacement - SE London
In this SE London residence, we removed substantial dry rot under the timber floorboards, thoroughly treated them, and installed new floorboards to restore and ensure future stability and to prevent the spread of fungi.
Basement Tanking in Hotel Building - Central London
We carried out a grubby basement tanking exercise for a hotel in Central London, installing a durable waterproofing system to the basement area to protect it from future incursion of water. Our work has resulted in a completely dry and therefore safe environment to use for the foreseeable future.
Wet Rot treatment and floor replacement in Wandsworth
In Wandsworth, we undertook a treatment on a property which was affected by wet rot (which was due to continuous exposure to moisture). After removing all the rotten timber, we undertook a rot treatment and removed the damaged flooring, replacing it with new treated floorboards.
